New 2007 Federal Minimum Wage Included On Poster - First Increase to Federal Minimum Wage since 1997 will be set as follows:
$5.85 - July 24 2007
$6.55 - July 24 2008
$7.25 - July 24 2009
The new rate of $7.25 will be the final rate and will change the Federal Minimum Wage from $5.15 to $7.25.
